1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use apply to anyone who visits zerospiral.com, takes the Spiral Index diagnostic, or purchases the ZeroSpiral 21-day protocol. By using the site or purchasing the protocol, you agree to these terms.

2. Not therapy. Not medical advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are having thoughts of self-harm, or require clinical support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or a crisis helpline in your country. ZeroSpiral is not a substitute for professional care.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use ZeroSpiral
• By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• ZeroSpiral is not intended for individuals currently under active psychiatric treatment without first consulting their treating professional

4. What you're purchasing

When you purchase the ZeroSpiral protocol, you receive:

• Personal, non-transferable access to the 21-day course content on the Graphy platform
• Access to the Spiral Index diagnostic tool (pre- and post-protocol)
• Any supplementary materials included with your cohort

Your purchase is for personal use only. You may not share your login, distribute course materials, or reproduce content from the protocol for any purpose.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 3 sessions of the 21-day protocol.

To request a refund: email hello@zerospiral.com with your purchase details. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available after Day 3 of the protocol has been accessed, or after 7 days from purchase, whichever comes first.

6. Intellectual property

All content on zerospiral.com and within the ZeroSpiral protocol — including scripts, exercises, the Spiral Index diagnostic, curriculum structure, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of ZeroSpiral / Pranshu Soni.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from ZeroSpiral content
• You may not record, screenshot, or share protocol session content publicly
• The underlying research cited in the protocol belongs to the respective institutions and researchers — ZeroSpiral applies these frameworks and does not claim ownership of the source research

7. Acceptable use

When using ZeroSpiral, you agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent course access controls or sequential session locks
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the diagnostic tool for any purpose other than personal self-assessment
• Misrepresent your Spiral Index results or ZeroSpiral's framework in any commercial context

8. Results and outcomes

ZeroSpiral does not guarantee specific outcomes. Individual results from completing the protocol will vary based on engagement, consistency, personal circumstances, and factors outside our control.

Any Spiral Index score improvements shared in ZeroSpiral's marketing reflect real results from real users of the protocol — they are not fabricated, but they are also not a guarantee of the results you will experience.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroSpiral and Pranshu Soni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the protocol or this website. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the protocol.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify enrolled users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ZeroSpiral after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
