The short version: Your data is safe with us and will never be misused. We collect only what's necessary to deliver your results and run the protocol. We don't sell it. We don't share it with advertisers. Full stop.
When you take the Spiral Index diagnostic, we collect your name and email to send you your results. Your diagnostic responses are used only to generate your score — they are not stored beyond that.
When you enrol in the protocol, we collect your name, email, and payment information. Payment is processed securely by a third-party payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
We also collect basic, anonymised site analytics — pages visited, time on site — with no personal identification attached.
We use your information to deliver your diagnostic results, provide access to the protocol, and send you course-related communications. If you've opted in, we'll occasionally send ZeroSpiral updates — you can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone who doesn't need it to deliver the service.
Your Spiral Index responses relate to your mental and emotional patterns. We treat this as sensitive. It is handled with the same care we'd want applied to our own. It is not shared, not sold, and not used to train any AI model.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at hello@zerospiral.com and we'll respond within 7 days.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify enrolled users by email before the changes take effect.
